We owe Ashley a huge debt of gratitude. We started our condo search back in January. We visited many listing in the Keystone, Dillion & Silverthorne area; and the criteria for our search changed or evolved multiple times. Ashley was always very patient with us. She understood that this was a significant purchase in our lives, that needed to fall within our budget, and checked as many of our boxes or criteria as possible, We could always count on Ashley's wisdom and guidance in this process. Since our primary home is in Michigan, our search took on that added dimension once we left Colorado for the season. Ashley continued to send us listings that she thought we would be interested in, until she sent the one we purchased in early August. The listing for the condo we ultimately purchased did not meet all of our criteria, but she told us that she thought we should take a look at it anyway. We did, and it was just what we wanted. The journey was long, but worth it. Ashley has also been very helpful with some post-close issues including overseeing getting some maintenance and other items taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
